The former gymnast also shared a video of Jett lying with her. When I asked him how he was doing, he cocked his head and replied, “Good,” and now our hearts are officially broken. It breaks our hearts for children to get hurt and have to go to the emergency room! (But this is also something moms need to get used to, as hospital visits are very common.)

Later, one of the founders of Moment Makers explained how it worked. After her husband Andrew East She put her children, Drew, 4, Jett, and Bear, 4 months, to bed, and Johnson heard “Jet crying, unusually” from his bedroom. “And when I opened the door, I could see the blood on his face. I said, ‘Oh my God. Oh my God.’ I was like, “Andrew!” “Andrew!” she said in an Instagram story Us Weekly. “I picked up Jett and said, ‘You’re okay, buddy, you’re okay, you’re okay.’ But I knew right away that I was saying, ‘We’re going to the emergency room.’”

I thought walking into my 2 year old’s room and seeing him and his bed covered in vomit was bad – but blood?! I’m going to have a panic attack! Her instincts kicked in and she knew she had to take him to the hospital immediately. But later, she came back and checked the camera footage from Jett’s room, and maybe we should upgrade to a recording baby monitor now?! She helped Johnson answer some questions about how her little boy became infected.

the Yahoo Sports! A Paris Olympics reporter saw Jett get out of bed before the accident. “When he turned to go back to his bed, he went and put his hands on the floor, ignored the bed, and hit himself in the face,” she said, adding that he “hit it perfectly” under the eyebrow, which resulted in his injury. To excessive bleeding. (I have a similar scar above my eyebrow from bumping into a heater when I was a little kid.)

“He was a trooper,” she explained, helped in part by the “little crazy drug” they gave him to stay calm during the stitches. “We kind of grounded him. It looks worse than it was. He was in really good shape.” “He was saying he was stitched up like Woody,” she added, referring to the scene toy story 2 When an artist carefully restores a broken Woody toy to its original condition, complete with stitches in his arm.

Jett ended up getting “four odd stitches on the inside, and then on the outside, she stitched again probably six times,” according to Johnson. “So he has quite a few little stitches in there,” she added.

If you’ve seen any photos or videos of little Johnson, it’s not hard to imagine him hurting himself (it’s just such a shock that it’s never happened before!). East shared a video montage of Jett last month, showing off his adventurous side.

“These kids keep it interesting @shawnjohnson #gymnastics #flip #kids #family,” the former NFL player wrote on Instagram. The video begins in the pool, where Jett walks to the edge of the tanning ledge and does a front flip into the pool – without even using floaties! He also rolls an inflatable slide in the garage and does a front flip on a trampoline.

“Our 2-year-old woke up today and decided to flip,” the text above the video reads. “He’s never done that before, and I’m not sure where he learned it or got the idea,” East joked, as if his wife didn’t do somersaults all the time.

He continued: “But he did all this on the same day.” East described his son’s technique as “impressive,” adding that he “still needs some practice.” At this point, he shared more videos of Jett trying to flip but landing on his stomach instead.

Johnson commented on the sweet post, saying: “I had a massive heart attack. I had nothing to do with this. I’m now begging him to stop! “Ha-ha-ha.” We get it! She knew that Jett’s cute little flops would turn into an ER visit one day, and she was absolutely right.

Fortunately, Jett is as strong as his mother!
