Jeremy Renner gave his 21.1 million Instagram followers a look into his recovery process by sharing a video on his story on Saturday.

In the clip, the 52-year-old performer is seen crawling across a rock-like platform in an attempt to test his joints “against gravity”.

The Hawkeye star, who appeared to be in good spirits during a recent Los Angeles Lakers game, also wrote that he was “working through” the pain in order to promote his healing process.

Renner is still recovering from various injuries he sustained in an accident near Reno, Nevada, on New Year’s Day.

The Avengers: Endgame star was struck and run over by a snowplow while trying to prevent his nephew from crashing into the vehicle.

The performer suffered several broken bones and a collapsed lung during the accident, after which he spent a significant amount of time in the intensive care unit.

Renner underwent surgery for his injuries following the accident, and although he was listed as being in critical condition, he was released from hospital care on January 17.

The actor has since shared several photos and videos from his recovery process on his Instagram account.

The artist recently spoke to CNN and told the media that he felt “very blessed and very lucky to be straight and touring and living life.”

Renner went on to state that the incident prompted him to reevaluate his priorities and organize his life in a more efficient manner.

“My life is really lean, if that makes sense. There’s no fat in my life anymore. I don’t have time for that,” he said.

The Town star also spoke about the “gifts” he’s gained from his recovery.

“When you’re tested physically, emotionally and spiritually in every way, and then you go through it, it’s something that’s hard to explain,” he said.
