Coronation Street viewers are worried for Sam after a horrific car accident

Coronation Street fans are worried that things will take a dark turn after Sam Blackman was involved in a terrifying car accident.

Sam, played by child star Judd Riordan, ends up in the crash after his half-brother Simon Barlow (Alex Payne) is persuaded to lead him to a chess tournament. No one realized Simon had been drinking late and wasn’t supposed to get behind the wheel, and viewers watched in horror as he lost control and crashed into a barrier.

Although shaken, Sam seemed to walk away from the incident fairly unscathed. But he started to feel tired and later said at the café that he couldn’t drink the milkshake because he felt sick.

His words caught the attention of fans of the ITV soap, with many now convinced he has suffered a concussion and the situation is going from bad to worse. Some worry that Sam – the son of Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and the late Natasha Blakeman (Rachel Leskovac) – may even die if his injuries are not discovered and dealt with.

Another spotted Sam rubbing his head in the background of the scene, writing: “Concussion coming for the little guy!” “Sam might be breaking down,” someone else said, and another commented: “Sam might be going through something, other than staying with Toyah I mean.”
