Academic events celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Academy of Arts

The focus of CAA’s 95th anniversary event is “IWV2023: Mutual Learning of Civilizations”. This event looks at human civilization as a whole, transcending temporal and spatial boundaries. It links the 12 artistic and humanistic trends of the Academy’s unique disciplines – “time, shanshui, design, media, objects, image writing, literature, science fiction, garden, art, and knowledge” – with 12 major humanistic trends in nature and nature. Social Sciences – “Life, basin, society, technology, belief, culture, history, nation, monuments, time, education, and the world.” These alliances formed 12 interdisciplinary teams of faculty and students. Over the summer, these teams embarked on global explorations of places like Lufeng Dinosaur Valley, the Amazon Basin, Silicon Valley, and the volcanoes of Iceland, Leonardo Da Vinci Residence, Rusakov Workers Club, Damaidi, Yangjialing Revolutionary Site, and Katsura Imperial Villa“, and other key sites, in search of the historical and anthropological significance behind the art.
